Zume lesson 1 has 5 parts.

This lesson is stressing the need for everyone to participate in making multiplying disciples so we can obey and fulfill the great commission. The church to date has been disobedient in fulfilling the great commission. We have made it too difficult by perhaps unintentionally modeling that only professional clergy with Seminary degrees are qualified to make disciples. Not so with Jesus. His inner circle were unlearned fishermen as well as most of his apostles with some exceptions. He lived in an oral culture were only a few could read and write, thus Jesus’ approach focused much on story telling. The world was turned upside down without a print Bible using very simple methods by ordinary people.

This lesson defines what a disciple is and what the church is. A disciple is a follower of Jesus Christ who loves God, loves others and makes disciples. Loving God and loving others is Jesus’ definition of what sums up the law and the prophets or in other words what was important in the Old Testament. Making disciples sums up the New Testament, teaching people to obey Jesus’ commandments. Thus a disciple is a follower of Jesus Christ who loves God, loves others and makes disciples.
The word “church” is used in the Bible three different ways:

* the universal church — all the people who were, are and will ever be followers of Jesus
* the city or regional church — all the people who follow Jesus and live in or around a certain area of the world. For purposes of this training I may refer to this definition as the western model church, legacy model church or Elephant DNA model church.
* the church at home — all the people who follow Jesus and meet where one or more of them live. A small group of people 4-10 people who meet with Jesus at their center and King.

This contains a short video teaching about what it takes to be a disciple worth reproducing. We want to reproduce healthy disciples not cancerous disciples. Just like in our physical life we must inhale and exhale to remain alive and be healthy. So also in our spiritual lives we must breath in (inhale) the Word of God by reading it or listening to it and praying to God in such a way that we don’t only talk to Him but we learn to listen and hear from Him as we pray. We exhale spiritually by obey what God tells us through His word and prayer and we share what He tells us with others.

Two discipleship tools that get people listening to or reading the word of God is SOAPS and accountability groups.

SOAPS is an acronym for Scripture, Observation, Application, Pray for God’s help to apply, Share with others.

Please practice doing SOAPS this week. Read Matthew the 5th chapter on Monday and pick one verse from it that spoke to you the most and write a SOAPS. I would like to see it. On Monday read the 5th chapter of Matthew and pick one verse from it that spoke to you the most and write a SOAPS. On Tuesday read the 6th chapter of Matthew and pick one verse from it that spoke to you the most and write a SOAPS. On Wednesday read the 7th chapter of Matthew and pick one verse from it that spoke to you the most and write a SOAPS. On Thursday read the 5th chapter of Matthew again and pick another verse from it that spoke to you the most and write a SOAPS. On Friday read the 6th chapter of Matthew again and pick another verse from it that spoke to you the most and write a SOAPS.

Here is a sample of one of my SOAPS.
I listened to Matthew 5 and did my SOAPS.
Scripture – “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” Matthew 5:4
Observation – There is much to mourn about in this day and age. I see lawless, hate-filled people destroying our country with little or no consequences. I see wicked politicians opposing the police who are needed to protect us. I see unrepentant prideful people condemning, yelling and screaming hateful obscenities at the police while accusing them of being racists, when in reality they are racist to the core themselves. God can heal our land when we repent of our sins and turn from our wicked ways. Instead of mourning over our sinfulness, many are proud and shake their fists at God. There is no comfort coming, only judgement, unless we learn to mourn over our sinfulness and seek God, who is gracious and merciful.
Application – Father help me find people of peace that acknowledge their sinfulness and seek your forgiveness and blessing on our land. Help me find people that want to be a part of the solution instead a partof the problem.
Prayer – Father I mourn over my sinfulness and humbly seek you to transform my life to a useful vessel for your service. Thank you for your grace that provides comfort and forgiveness of sin through the blood of your son. May I honor you with my life.
Share – I’m going to share this with my accountability partner.

Don’t forget I would like to see some of your SOAPS to make sure you are understanding what I am say and that you can accurately teach your disciples how to do SOAPS.

Accountability partners is two Christian males or two females (same gender) who have committed to read 25 mutually decided on chapters of scripture separately and then meet weekly over the phone or face to face to discuss the highlights of their reading. So if you divided your reading into 5 chapters each day for 5 days, then you would read the 5 chapters and write a SOAPS on the verse that spoke to you the most out of your reading that day. Then when you get together each week you would primarily discuss your SOAPS for the week. But you would also give each other permission to ask very personal questions as to how your spiritual walk is going. Those questions can be found in the Zume guidebook in Lesson 1. I usually discuss 5 questions off of list one and 5 off of list 2. Then the following week you pick up where you left off and ask 5 more questions from each list.

The Zume guidebook will explain all of this to you.
So this week please begin praying about a Christian friend that you know will hold things in confidence and ask them if they would be willing to be your accountability partner.
For oral learners in the village, it will be important to learn how to download mother-tongue Bible resources that you can put on a micro sd memory card and load in their phone so they can listen to Scripture and learn how to do SOAPS.

Most of our DMM work is done in the villages with 80% of the people not able to read. But if you download the Bible, Jesus Film, etc. onto a 16 gig memory card and put it in their phone they can listen to the Bible repeatedly. This will let them begin feeding themselves on scripture. So very important. Even the Zume tools taught in the Zume app, we teach orally in the villages because there are few with internet and phones that can connect to the internet. So we teach the Zume discipleship tools by repeating them until they learn them. The 4,500 discipleship 3/3rds groups that exist in the Muslim villages have all multiplied from illiterate oral learners in a Muslim context.

Zume lesson 2 has three parts.

Unintentionally for years the western way of doing church has mentored people to come and be fed by the pastor and partake in the many programs of the church. This has mentored many to be consumers of what churches offer instead of individually produce the fruit of being a disciple – ability to feed themselves on God’s word, listen to God through prayer and produce fruit by making disciples. We assume if people consume our programming that makes them a disciple. But how many people you know attending church today know how to and are busy making disciples?

In addition to spiritually breathing in the word of God every day we should be spiritually breathing in through prayer. The discipleship tool in this lesson is called the Prayer Wheel (cycle) It is a simple way of spending an hour in prayer before you know it while learning that prayer is a two way conversation. Most of us talk to God in prayer but we don’t listen or expect Him to talk to us. So this tool introduces you to different ways we can pray by praying through the Prayer Wheel.

On pages 8-10 there fill in the blank places to write down the names of everybody that you know and that know you. Not just family, but work associates, school mates, teachers, doctors, nurses, mason, electrician, etc. If they are a Christian you would check disciple. If the are not a Christian you indicate that as well or if you don’t know you indicate that as well. This is your “oikos,” household or circle of influence. We want you to begin praying over the names on your list during your prayer time asking God to reveal who He wants you to visit first. Next week we will learn how to share a gospel presentation (God’s Story) that will help you to lead people to accept Jesus. But for now just begin praying over the list of people you know and who to visit first.

This is not like any other class where you accumulate knowledge. Disciple making is not taught it is caught by practicing and implementing the discipleship tools covered in the Zume training. Next week I want to hear how the Prayer Wheel went and how your 100 name list is coming.

Zume lesson 3 Notes has 3 parts to to it.

God’s Kingdom is so different from the kingdom of the earth. The kingdom of this world would teach us that you are not qualified to make disciples unless you have a seminary degree. Jesus inner circle, Peter, James and John, were unlearned fishermen but God used them to win and disciple many. God wants every Christian to know how to and be actively multiplying disciples. The kingdom of this broken world teaches us that life is all about the accumulation of wealth while Jesus says it is better to give than receive. This broken world would teach us to aspire to be a “Big Man” for after all no one wants to be a “Small boy.” But Jesus, as he was washing the feet of his disciples modeled if you want to be great in His kingdom you must learn to be a servant of all.

So after you are breathing in the word of God and prayer, hearing His voice and breathing out by obeying and sharing you are ready to show others how to do the same things. You also should by now, if you are praying over the list of 100 people in your household, hearing from God which non-Christians off you list to begin sharing with. An additional discipleship tool that will help you present the gospel to them and ask them if they would like to become a follower of Jesus Christ is what we call God’s Story.

The God’s Story contained in this video is called Creation to Judgment and can be found word for word in your Zume guidebook to aid you in memorizing it. Pages 11 & 12. Additional God’s stories are as follows:

The God’s Story we use the most now is called 3-Circles. We like it because you can take a stick and draw the 3 circles in the dirt. It is simple enough that oral learners can retell it after hearing it just a few times.

The main thing is every disciple must find at least one God’s Story that they can learn well and share with unbelievers they meet. Pick the one you like the best or another one that you may have been using that works for you.

Part 3 – https://zume.training/baptism-and-how-to-do-it/

We believe strongly that every Christian that leads someone to follow Jesus ought to know how to baptize them as well as train that new Christian how to baptize those they lead to Christ. We believe this will create more motivation and excitement for people to tell God’s Story to more non-Christians that they know as they become proficient telling the God’s story.

We are aware the many church denominations say only the Pastor can baptize but we do not find that supported by scripture. At the same time we do not want to get you in trouble with your Pastor or Denomination. In our context we baptized over 5000 people last year during Covid. Does the Pastor have time to baptize that many people. If you multiply disciples the Pastor will begin thinking of ways to train people and authorize them to help him.

We also spend more time training people how to baptize than classes making sure the person understands why they are being baptized. The Phillippian jailer was baptized along with his household that very night, the Ethiopian Eunuch when he saw water said, here is water, what hinders me from being baptized. We don’t believe there is scriptural support for delaying baptism when someone wants to follow Christ and obey his command to be baptized.

Does this make sense and do you have any questions? How are you coming with the implementation of discipleship tools. I hope your SOAPS, Accountability Partner, Prayer Wheel, 100 name list are coming along fine and that by the end of this week you have decided which God’s story to learn and begin using.

Zume Lesson 4 Notes has 5 parts to it.

This video shows how your story (testimony) works with God’s Story and also works with the levels of blessing vision casting tool. It a blessing that you have accepted Jesus, it’s a great blessing if you help someone else accept Jesus, it’s a greater blessing if you help that person form a simple church or discipleship group so that the group can learn what is involved in being a disciple and it is the greatest blessing if that discipleship group starts another discipleship group that helps people know what it means to be a disciple.

Your story, God’s Story and the four levels of blessings casts a vision from the very beginning of multiplication.

This video is teaching that we don’t have to wait until we think we know enough before making disciples. Whatever we know that the duckling following us doesn’t know we can teach them just like the duckling in front is only one step ahead us.

We should resist going to tribes that already have a high % of Christians. We should focus on tribes with very few Christians and help that tribe to have enough Christians that they can finish reaching the rest of their tribe the increased % of new Christians so that every tribe has access to the bread of the gospel.

Where people decide to minister is a real hinderance to the fulfillment of the great commission. Christian tend to live in areas among already reached people (high % of Christians). They also send missionaries and invest ministry money into parts of the world already reached with the gospel. Please look at the three color coded maps. The 3 maps are color coded and this is the colors mean.

Part 5 of Zume lesson 4 – https://zume.training/the-lords-supper-and-how-to-lead-it/

Just like every Christian should learn how to baptize those they lead to Christ, they should also learn how to administer the Lord’s Supper. Information on how to do this is also contained in your Zume Guidebook as well. However if your Pastor or Denomination doesn’t agree you must abide by what they say.

Zume lesson 5 Notes has 3 parts to it.

In this lesson we will be transition from how to make disciples among your “oikos” (household, list of 100 names, your circle of influence) to how to make disciples in places where you do not know anyone. You should continue praying over your list of 100 names and sharing your story and God’s story with them but eventually you will have shared with your household, your circle of influence. But God wants us to disciple the nations so this lesson gives you very important tools to use in making disciples in areas (villages) where you know no one.

Part 1 of Lesson 5 – https://zume.training/prayer-walking/

All rapidly multiplying disciple making movements (DMMs) share the common trait of extraordinary prayer. Villages that you will be visiting close to where you live or far away have people that are being held captive to sin by Satan. We must pray for eyes to see how we can set the captives free. We must bind the hands of the strong man (Satan) that is destroying the lives of people in the village God has led us to disciple.

As you are listening to the audio file about prayer walking be sure you have your Zume Guidebook open to lesson 5 so you can read along. Prayer walk with someone so you can be mentoring other Christians how to prayer walk. As the Holy Spirit helps you see what the people are being held captive to, God is giving you insight into how to minister to the village. As you walk through the village praying about the things God is showing you people may come up to you and ask what your mission is. Simply tell them that you are praying for their village, would it be okay for you to pray for them. Most people will be open to this, if not then we know they are not people of peace and simply let them continue on their way. But if they will let you pray for them then use the “Bless Prayer” to bless people throughout the village. If the person thanks you and appreciates the fact that you have prayed for them you may have a person of peace, only time will tell. If they are in a hurry to go, they probably are not a person of peace. Matthew 10 and Luke 10 tells us if their peace returns or the person is receptive, then we are to stay with that person. Literally stay in their house if they invite us, eat their food and disciple that person to Christ and disciple that person to disciple his household (100 name list.) Isaac often returns within a week to follow up.

Often times when you bless someone with the BLESS prayer they will invite you to their home to BLESS members in their family who are sick or need prayer. Before leaving ask if you may return and set a time so they know when you are coming. If they are people of peace it is common for them to invite others from their household to meet you so you can BLESS them as well. In your second visit you can model BLESSing others they have invited but also share your story (your testimony) and the God’s Story (gospel presentation) that you have learned. Maybe the third week you could come with a Bible Story to share and expose them to a 3/3rds Discipleship group format, which will be taught in next week’s lesson.

Using this method it is common that you will have too many at the person of peace’s house when your return the third time so you may need to identify whose house could they come too next time and show them how to learn the 3/3rds Discipleship format as well how to BLESS people they know and prepare their own testimony and the God’s Story they would like to learn and use. So you may need to visit two houses instead of one to keep the size of the groups small enough for a 2 hour meeting time slot.

We have never not found a person of peace by prayer walking and blessing people with the BLESS prayer.

Earlier in Jesus’ ministry in Matthew 10 Jesus taught his apostles how to prayer walk and they reported many miraculous healings that God used to help many come to Christ. Later in Luke 10 Jesus taught the 70 to prayer walk among the people in the Decapolis (ten cities) gentile region. If Jesus began and ended his ministry using this strategy then we must make it a priority in ours as well.

So your homework assignment is to take someone with you and go prayer walking in a village or a part of town that God is leading you to. It should be an area that has few to no Christians. As you prayer walk take note of the needs of the area that God is sending you. Bless as many people with the BLESS prayer as possible and identify as many people of peace as possible. Only invest your time in people of peace (POP), those that are receptive and will implement what you teach them.

Also sometimes it is better to find non-Christian people of peace without western church exposure. Christians who may be receptive to learning how to make disciples many times find it difficult because for too many years they have been fed by their Pastor and do not really believe they are qualified. Very sad. So instead of making Christians frustrated with you when you can’t get them to implement the tools and make disciples, just give them your blessing to continue doing it the way they have done it for years. But don’t waste too much time trying to persuade them when they don’t want to be persuaded.

Zume lesson 6 Notes has 2 parts to it.

The western model (traditional church model, legacy model, or Elephant DNA model) for years has placed too much emphasis on knowledge without hold people accountable to obey and sharing what they have been taught. Many staff are hired by western model churches to oversee programming, preaching and teaching that they fills people with knowledge and then we assume if someone has heard 25 years of sermons, classes and Bible studies that the person is mature based of all that they know. But Jesus very clearly teaches that the everyone who hears the words of Jesus and puts them into practice is like wise man who built his house on the rock. But everyone who hears the words of Jesus and does not put them to practice is like foolish man who built his house on the sand. Depending on your willingness to obey or put into practice what you learn can lead to stability or disaster.

The 3/3rds discipleship group format helps people hear the word of God and obey and share what they learn with others in a loving accountable environment.

The rest of this lesson will be spent in helping you how to facilitate a 3/3rds discipleship group. We want everyone in the group to learn how to facilitate a 3/3rds group so they can disciple someone else to be able and facilitate.

Let me make some comments on MAWL, the Training Cycle.

My experience has been that a very small percentage of the people you train will go out and put these tools into practice on their own because they are use to attending classes and listening to sermons for years and not having to put into practice what they learn.

It is just common sense. Just like the bicycle example, few of us taught ourselves how to ride a bike. In school and college the in service time spent putting into practice the things we learned in our education if very practical. Apprentices are basically being MAWLed by whoever is training them. This is what the Apostle Paul did with Timothy, Titus and others who repeated the MAWLing process with others. With a little encouragement by modeling, assisting, watch and leaving movements will see leaders emerge that will result with great multiplication.

Isaac limits his trainings to people that he is really motivated to learning how to make disciples. He asks for commitment to attend all 8 days of training. The first two days of training resemble a normal training focused on learning some of the discipleship tools. But then the next two days are spend on the ground in cities and villages putting the tools they learned the first two days into practice. Isaac will make sure there are experienced Disciple Makers to go one on on with people in the class and model how to bless people with the BLESS prayer, how to find people of peace, how to prayer walk, etc. and then they will tell the person they have been modeling that it is their turn. The next person we meet you bless with the BLESS prayer, share your testimony or share God’s story and I will be here to assist if you need help. Once people experience that the tools work for them then they are much more likely to go on their own or model for someone else.

The rest of this lesson I want you to practice another 3/3rds discipleship Group using Mark 5:1-20 as your new Bible story in the Look Up section. You should allow at least 1 1/2 hours for this, probably 2 hours would be better. We will be doing another 3/3rds discipleship group next week as well. We want you to have ample practice time with the 3/3rds disciple group because it is the engine that makes the movement multiply. Remember it is great blessing for a disciple to multiply another disciple, but its a greater blessing for that disciple help that person start a 3/3rds discipleship group and its the greatest blessing for that 3/3rds discipleship group to start another 3/3rds discipleship group. That increases the PACE at which we are making disciples.

There seems to be some confusion between Leadership Cells and 3/3rds groups.

Unlike 3/3rds groups, Leadership Cells have a clear beginning and end date. The initial purpose for meeting each week would be to go through all ten lessons exposing those in the group what it means to be a disciple and how to make disciples that start discipleship groups. Then when the ten lessons are finished you may discontinue meeting to go and lead Leadership Cells of your own or multiply 3/3rds groups. This tool works well with groups, even one-on-one training with someone who is moving away. If they learn during the leadership cell the tools needed to make disciples and multiply generationally to form a movement, they now have the tools needed to start a movement where ever they move. Many Ghanaian go to school in other countries and get jobs in other countries. Leadership Cells can be perfect strategic tools to equip them to make disciples where ever they move. Within in Ghana itself students serve upon graduation in what ever area the college sends them. If they learn how to make multiplying disciples before moving what a wonderful opportunity to make disciples in the new area that they will be living. Foreign students attending universities is another perfect group to equip with Leadership Cells before they graduate and go back home or start their life’s work. Also military people, nomadic people, refugees, University students, Christian schools, orphanages and jails (prisons) are really good to do leadership cells because of the places where they will be going or the places they have come from and may return to.

In your guidebook under lesson 8 you can see a Leadership cell 3/3rds format that you can use once the group is finished with the lessons and may decide to meet together for a few more weeks to help each other implement.

Leadership Cells have a clear beginning and end. 3/3rds groups continue to meet indefinitely. 3/3rds is what our focus is. 3/3rds groups are the engine that makes a Disciple Making Movement (DMM) possible. Disciples multiplying disciples, 3/3rds groups multiplying 3/3rds groups and movements multiplying movements is how we can finish the great commission in our lifetimes.

When the initial training of the ten lessons is over then you can have follow up meetings using the 3/3rds outline given in the link for as long as your group determines they want to meet or move away.

This was a hard lesson for me to learn coming from the US to Ghana. Early on in our discipleship movement we were using the Training Rural Trainers material and story set which started with the Creation 2 Christ (C2C) God’s story. People liked the C2C so much that groups of all non-believers began meeting to learn the C2C so they could share it with people they knew. It didn’t follow the order I understood. But as I watched in just a few weeks these groups all accepting Jesus together as a group I thanked God. God knew what He was doing all along even though it didn’t happen the way I was taught it should. The sooner people begin sharing God’s story and launching 3/3rds groups the faster the pace of multiplication will be. Don’t limit God with your limited understanding of how things should be done.

We need the pace of Rabbit’s multiplication to accomplish the great commission. The western model of doing church is still needed and must continue but it will never complete the great commission. Why? Because the pace at which it multiplies churches is too slow. Its pace of church planting is falling far behind the rate at which the world is populating. A sustainable pace is being in a 3/3rds group for your own personal growth as a disciple but also being assisting another 3/3rds group to get started. This is illustrated by this screen shot of the video you just watched.

But once you have assisted a new 3/3rds group to where they are in the watch stage then it is time for you to assist another 3/3rds group to begin. You can always be a part of two churches by attending one 3/3rds for your own growth and always be assisting another group to begin. This may involve attending a time or two until they understand how a 3/3rds group is going. But when they understand then they can move to the watch stage which may only involve a WhatsApp call to check in on them to see how they are doing. You usually only have time to assist one other 3/3rds group to begin, but you can watch several 3/3rds groups via a phone call just to check in how things are going.

Please resist the temptation of starting too many groups at once. You will find quickly that it is not sustainable.

Also when you start new 3/3rds groups try and find a person of peace who is a new Christian or not a Christian yet, because he or she has many non-Christian friend in their circle of influence to invite to begin a new 3/3rds group.

A common mistake is for Christians to invite their Christian friends and start 3/3rds groups. All new 3/3rds groups should include some non-Christians if possible so your group will be evangelizing why making disciples. If you find people of peace it is best to start new 3/3rds groups from his 100 name list (household.)

In lesson 9 in your Zume guidebook on pages 109 and 110 there are questions that you can fill in to help you decide how you are going to implement what you have been learning. I would like you to begin filling it out and turn it in to me upon completion of the ten Zume lessons. when the training is over I will beginning coaching you monthly and I will use your three month plan to see how you are progressing.

Zume Lesson 10 Notes has five parts to it.

Lesson 10 Part 1 – https://zume.training/coaching-checklist/ This tool is a wonderful tool to hand out to all your leaders who coach other leaders. Actually each simple church leader ought to be taught how to use this so they can encourage each member of the group to increase their proficiency on all the discipleship tools learned through Zume. The goal is to get everybody in each group in the network to be functioning at a 4th level in proficiency. That means they are no longer in need of anyone to coach them because they have master all of the tools and concepts of Zume. The higher the proficiency of the tools throughout the network will translate into the faster at which the movement will multiply.

Lesson 10 Part 2 – https://zume.training/peer-mentoring-groups/ This part of the lesson deals with sustainability as the movement multiplies. It is so very important as groups begin to multiply that you identify and recruit leader coaches and form peer mentoring groups consisting of one coach for every ten group leaders who are located in the same geographic location that meet together monthly. In this link you will see a simple format for leading a Peer Mentoring group. During this time you can continue offering new training, celebrate successes and problem solve for challenges they are encountering.

Different levels of leaders will rise to top over the years as the movement multiplies. At this point we have four levels of coaching leaders that meet monthly with the ten leaders assigned to them. Here is our peer mentoring structure as of right now in our development.

1. Movement Leaders – meet monthly with the Segment leaders. Gonjaland, which is our target, has been divided into twelve Segments. Each month Isaac meets with the segment leaders in the segments he has been planting 3/3rds groups, Moses meets with the segment leaders in the segments he has been planting 3/3rds groups. They also use the Peer Mentoring group format for their time together.
2. Segment Leaders – With the help of a motorcycle and expense money for food and petrol on the days they go out to plant 3/3rds groups, the segment leader along with his mentee travels to larger county sized areas establishing 3/3rds groups in all the villages. Each segment leader meets monthly with the ten Section leaders that have been assigned to them from their area.
3. Section Leaders – They are within walking distance of ten sub-section leaders and meet monthly with them using the Peer Mentoring group format during their time together.
4. Sub-Section Leaders – They are within walking distance of the ten village leaders that they meet with monthly using the Peer Mentoring group format during their time together.
5. Village leaders – If there are more than one 3/3rds group in the village you identify, recruit and assign ten group leaders to meet monthly with their village leader using the Peer Mentoring group format during their time together.

So managing the growth of the movement is manageable for Isaac and Moses because of all the levels of leaders that meet with ten other leaders assigned to them. This involves hundreds of peer mentoring leaders who coach the ten group leaders assigned to them each month.

It grows slowly and as long as you make sure that there is one peer mentoring group leader for every ten group leaders that are reporting to them.

If this is not done then it becomes an impossible task to meet the needs of the leaders of groups with just the movement leaders. They will get discouraged and burn out.

Of course the coaching checklist can be used by the different levels of peer mentoring coaches to encourage everyone in the movement to become proficient with all of the Zume discipleship tools.

Many people do not have the ability to enter their generational maps into a computer but each individual should be taught how to map his generational network of groups. The above video is a simple tutorial on how to do that.

We update group stats on a monthly basis and enter it in the gen-mapper program. From the monthly reports collected by the Segment leaders from the Section, Sub-Section and village leaders under them. The reports not only help keep the group stats updated it also informs us of new groups started each month and new baptisms.
